Origin:
Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former), circa 1900).
Class:
China / Bengale, Hybrid China, Hybrid Multiflora.  
Bloom:
Scarlet - crimson.  None / no fragrance.  Large, single to semi-double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, climbing.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.  
Patents:
