stumbled over the parentage of this rose: 'rote Max Graf' x ('Cassandre' x 'Bonica'), as I am grazy enough to breed with this one :-)

Given the parentage listed, it ought to be hardier than USDA 6. The list under the gardens tab shows it being grown in Moscow by Titania.

What a beautiful rose! Are we seeing a resurgence of polyantha breeding?

Three nurseries in Russia carry this rose, (and none in North America, alas), so it must be hardy to at least USDA 5.
