Seems like wichurana derived shrublet x Crimson Bouquet or Ingrid Bergman. At least that is my estimation. I can see a lot of Ingrid Bergman traits in A.D. Tutu.
Edit: Sooo close. A wich derive shrublet x a probable descendent of Red Planet, like Ingrid Bergman. Nice combo tbh.

Me too Margaret, but what gripes me is, for such an important date in our young culture , why they did not use a rose bred in Australian, by an Australian breeder. Its like seeing those stuffed souvenirs of Koalas and Kangaroos and you look at the label and its got made in China. I think the RSL got this very wrong this time. Warren

Yes Kordes also named a rose of theirs Kookaburra. I am growing George Thomson's Fields iof Fromelle because the Western Front is very significant to many Australians and this rose is Australian bred.

Welcome to the club. There are Kordes roses all over the USA which have been gifted with names that are iconic from American popular culture. House of Kordes has a very clever marketing department it would seem.
