Fantin Latour. Please could I ask you to correct or prove the suggestion that 'Fantin Latour' was introduced in 1900? I researched its origins at and wrote about them in the Historic Rose Journal in 2009 - I can send you a copy if you let me know to whom to attach it. My conclusion was that it was introduced by Graham Stuart Thomas when he was working for T. Hilling & Co in 1945. CQ-R.

It might be better to comment on 'Fantin Latour' in that rose's file, rather than in R. glomerata.
