Introduced in Belgium by Lens Roses/Louis Lens N.V./Pépinières Louis Lens SA in 1996 as 'Jelena de Belder'.
Class:
Hybrid Bracteata.  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Strong fragrance.  4 to 11 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Small, medium, single (4-8 petals), semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Spreading.  

Height: 47" to 4'11" (120 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
