Dear ....
I want to ask you to change something of the rose called Espresso® 2013
This is not the same rose as Espresso® 2005.

So the Espresso 2013 (SPEKbrown) is not called Mama Africa.
So the name Mama Africa must get out it's only Espresso and SPEKbrown also the nr Spe B13/0186-06 can get out between this.
And it's not a florist rose and this one is introduced as Espresso by Ludwig's roses 2018

All the pictures of Mama Africa also can go to Espresso 2005 and that's the florist rose.

Please I hope you understand what i'm mailing about.
Otherwise please let me know.

I've uploaded 2 other pictures which are the correct ones.

Thank you in advance!

Kindest regards,

Alex Spek

Dear Alex,
We’ve made the changes you suggested. Please check.
The only thing I am not clear about is which is correct SPE 13/0186-06 or Spe B13/0186-06 and where does this code belong?

Dear Patricia

Thank you very much what a quick service.
You don't have to put the code back that's not what I want on the helpmefind site.
That's only confusing.
If you want to change SPEbrown to SPEKbrown that would be wonderful.
And also to complete and make it the right information of the flower form and amount of petals.
Now it says Russet but I think it should be (You gotta help me in this) Semi double and the amount of petals should be around 9-10.
Can I ask you to change some other things from other varieties?

Kindest regards,
Alex Spek

I should have noted that it was semi-double. (sorry Alex, it has been a long hot day). All fixed now.
We would be absolutely delighted to correct anything at all that you note. Just do the same as you have done, so that we know where the new information came from.

Hi Patricia
I see that you're from Australia, that's why it's so hot with you.
Here it is about 10 degrees celcius at the moment but it's getting better this week.
Last week loads of rain and wind, now the wind and rain are gone.
I'm going to check the varieties and let you know.
Thank you very much.
Regards,
Alex

Hi Patricia

This is what i found.

With Sunblush® is also the code number which can be replaced by the varietyname SPEKblusun.
And Tropical Blush® also has a codenumber and can be replaced by SPEKblutropic.

That's it sofar.
Thank you very much!

Alex

ESPRESSO and MAMA AFRICA are not the same rose. ESPRESSO is a florist rose with the codename of SPEresso, not Spebrown. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original ESPRESSO. But the photos should be move under a new listing with the correct codename. I'm not even sure if MAMA AFRICA has an alternate name of ESPRESSO. Not sure how these got mixed up.

Ludwig's Roses is selling SPEbrown as 'Mama Africa'. SPEbrown has the breeder code of SPE13/0186-06 and trade name 'Espresso', so it cannot be the florists rose from 2005. We seem to have a repeated use of the trade names.
