Frau Alfred Mauthner. This is a fine Rose, coming somewhere between Gustave Grunerwald and Grace Darling. Herr Lambert has given us so many good things that I think we can rest assured this is another no mean addition.

The following roses were introduced into commerce in the autumn of 1906:
Frau Alfred Mauthner (hybrid tea). Breeder Peter Lambert at Traves-sur-Moselle. -- A shrub of average vigor, the flower is large, full, pointed, bud is ovoid and upright, colored bright carmine pink or red, exterior petals, silvery pink. Issue of Erzherzogin Maria Dorothea x Baronne A. de Rothschild.
