I found a reference to this rose in Botanica's Roses-2nd Edition. It says it is a large flowered climber,
Simi USA 1968 Parentage New Dawn x Fashion There is also one picture of a flower.

There are two different 'Casa Blanca' roses. HelpMeFind has both listed :
Casa Blanca (large flowered climber, Sima 1968)
Casa Blanca (floribunda, Select Roses B.V.). Intro 2003.
The floribunda has only been sold in The Netherlands I understand. Not much is known about it.
You probably need to move your photos out of the floribunda page and into the climber page.

thanks for letting me know. When I did a search only the floribunda came up so I didn't realize there were two roses with the same name.
