Origin:
Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former), before 1905).
Introduced in Germany by Peter Lambert in 1906 as 'Parkfeuer'.
Class:
Hybrid Foetida/Lutea.  
Bloom:
Scarlet, golden-yellow stamens.  Medium, single to semi-double, in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Arching, climbing, few or no prickles/thorns.  

Height: 13'1" to 19'8" (400 to 600cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Hardy.  very vigorous.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Recent research has determined that this rose was bred by Rudolf Geschwind, but commercialized by Peter Lambert. - see References.
