This rose is extremely hardy. Seems hardier than Polstjarnan in southern Finlad and makes a good climber substitute.

In Denmark we believe that 'Parkfeuer' is a cross between Rosa glauca and Rosa foetida bicolor. I have grown this rose for many years, and I have noticed that there come seed when you use pollen from Rosa spinosissiman
