Origin:
Bred by W. Kordes & Sons (Germany, 1953).
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa, Species Cross.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Mild fragrance.  Large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, spreading, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  7 to 11 leaflets.  

Height: 13'1" to 14¾' (400 to 450cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Vigorous.
