Maybe this should be merged with 'Nigel Hawthorne'?

Thanks Simon. Am travelling at the moment.
If this hasn't been done by the time I get home on Dec 8, I'll have a look at it asap.

The Sangerhaussen reference is not quite clear: While R.persica X Harvest Home seems to refer to Nigel Hawthorne, the cultivar referred to is R. persica x Scabrosa x Nigel Hawthorne, which looks like an attempt to get F2 descendants from the same parents.

Maybe this could be added as a reference?

Suzanne Verrier states in her book "Rosa Rugosa" on page 39-40:

"Nigel Hawthorne Hulthemia Persica x Rosa 'Harvest Home'
Harkness, England, 1989
Pointed buds open to single blossoms of light salmon-pink with deep scarlet at the base of the petals. The flowers are slightly cupped, pale as they age, and have a light spicy fragrance. The foliage is mid-sized and somewhat glossy. Sparsely produced small green hips. Growth is low and spreading.
An intergeneric hybrid, x 'Nigel Hawthorne' is a milestone in rose breeding. Hulthemia persica very closely resembles a rose and was formerly classified as a subgenus of Rosa."
