Origin:
Bred by Y. Kubota & M. Kubota (Japan, 1965).
Introduced by Unknown in 1966 as 'Yuki-Hime'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Miniature.  
Bloom:
White.  Average diameter 1".  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for container rose.  
Breeder's notes:
This is a variety obtained in their effort to improve Rosa chinensis minima. (There is also a pink miniature rose ‘Sakura-hime’, another variety raised by the same breeders as an improved version of Rosa chinensis minima.) Flowers pure white, open quickly but last long; Bush very small. floriferous; Self- rooted bushes are sold in pots. Better to be placed in cool places.

A horticultural journal says that it is a hybrid: ‘Kanoko-bara’ x R. chinensis minima (white) --‘Kanoko-bara’ ? (“Kanoko” means dappled patterns, “bara” means “rose” .) [“Yuki” means snow.]
