In form this is one of the most beautiful of all peonies. Seen from a distance, it immediately catches the eye because of the wonderful perfection of the flower. A rather flat bloom, very large with a very graceful and beautiful arrangement of the petals. A soft shell pink, shading to white with faint shadings of rose. Grandiflora is a very late variety. We consider it the best of all the very late pinks. When one thinks that the peony season is finished he can still go out and cut fine blooms of this most beautiful variety.

Foliage medium furnished, medium green, medium to fine in size ; veins red. Commercial value — For cut bloom good ; landscape value good. Variety as a whole good.
