Discovered by J. Bouter and Zoon (Netherlands, 1984).
Class:
Early Large Flowered.  
Bloom:
Blue, white tips.  Average diameter 6".  Single, double bloom form.  Late spring to early summer, late summer to early autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 6' to 8' (185 to 245cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  sheltered.  Suitable for growing in a container.  It blooms on the previous year's growth, so resist the urge to prune it in early spring.
