Bourbonicas are in our Middleeuropean Climate often liable to rust and Blackspot,
but Province Panache´ is very resistant and hardy!
I got the first budwood from it with an label "Variegata di Bologna" but
Variegata is only onceflowering and more liable to Blackspot, but the problem is that she has nearly the same small long leaves of a pale green.
