It has consistently grown to seven feet in [Rupert's California] desert garden, with a spread of about fourā€¦ bred from R. californica. The bloom in continuous and arrives in clusters of up to seventy flowers. These are open, wavy bicolors of tangerine and pale yellow softening to rich peach and white with a sweet, clean fragranceā€¦ smallish, rounded, deep blue-green leaves.
