Formosa alba (Lémon).  Fleur grande, pétales de la circonférence larges, jaunâtre clair, ceux du centre plus étroits jaunâtres, quelques-uns bordés de pourpre.

Translation: the large flower has broad, light yellowish guard petals, the narrower inner petals are yellowish, some of these are edged purple.
