Origin:

Bred by Gerrit De Ruiter (Netherlands, before 1954).
Introduced in United Kingdom by C. Gregory & Son Ltd. in 1954 as 'Rosemary Rose'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1958 as 'Rosemary Rose'.

Class:

Floribunda.

Bloom:

Cherry-red, carmine-pink shading. Camellia-form. Moderate fragrance. Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in large clusters, rosette bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Medium, bushy. Bronze-green foliage.

Height: up to 30" (up to 75cm). Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.
