Is there any chance that I can get Royal Philharmonic in USA?

If you will check the garden listings and member comments it seems that some members have this rose in USA. You might contact them to find out where they got it from. We have no Information on US nurseries carrying it currently.

I forgot to add. I have mine planted next to Savoy Hotel. Their plant architecture, bloom size, repeat, and so on are very similar. I actually like this sort of HT, where the plant does not eat the entire yard. Exhibitors hate it, because they want gigantic proportions, but I love it because they are superior garden plants. Great for flower arrangements and look great as plants. The best of both worlds!

I'm fairly certain this rose descended directly or indirectly from Margaret Merrill (like, through Renaissance, for example). I've raised enough seedlings from MM, and RP has all of the tell-tale traits. It is an improved version of MM in many ways, and it seems a lot healthier too. It is a short, but vigorous, HT here, that is not naked and blooms repeatedly all summer long. Its only real negative is that it takes an extra year to build up and get going. The form is consistent in rain or heat, too.
