Introduced in United Kingdom by Exotic Nursery (England) / Joseph Knight in before 1826 as 'Yellow China Rose'.
Introduced in Australia by Camden Park in 1843 as 'Odorata var. lutea'.

China / Bengale, Tea.  
Bloom:
Light yellow.  Strong, tea fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Large, semi-double to double bloom form.  
Habit:
Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.
