Bred by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, before 1989).

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Cream, ages to white .  Mild, anise fragrance.  30 to 33 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, high-centered, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, spreading.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: 3' to 42" (90 to 105cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
