Bred by Maurice-Augustin Bizard (France, 1833).

Bourbon.  
Bloom:
Red.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Large, double (17-25 petals), reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Large foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.
