This attribution might be right but I know of no evidence for it. The quote from the late Stelvio Coggiatti's article in the Rose Annual is amazing for its naivite' - and this from the best informed of all authors on the subject"! Apart from getting the dates for Villoresi's service at the Monza garden wrong, he draws makes the ridiculous statement that the rose's breeder can be deduced from its name. In the same article, however, he notes that the two roses bearing the name Ingegnoli were not bred by that company but by Bernaix who named them to honour the company's owner. Following his earlier 'logic' one would have to conclude they were bred by Ingegnoli.
You are absolutely right to draw attention to possible and alleged attributions but there ought to be some way of indicating that this is all they are.

Hardy's catalogue of 1837 attributes 'Belle Villarezi' to Monza.
