Notes:

Margat (October 11, 1786 Issy - ), French aeronaut, undertook numerous balloon flights from 1817 onwards. His wife Madame Margat made her first balloon ascension on July 16, 1818 at night in a lighted balloon.

'Augustine Margat' and 'Madame Margat' (pos. synonym. 'Thérèse Margat') are possibly two distinct roses. See early references of 1836-1847.
