Pink, lighter reverse.  Medium, very double, cupped-to-flat bloom form.

Notes:
Jean Margat (October 11, 1786 Issy - 1854), French aeronaut, undertook numerous balloon flights from 1817 onwards. His wife Madame Margat made her first balloon ascension on July 16, 1818 at night in a lighted balloon.

alternatively: Anatole Margat was a contemporary nurseryman in Versailles.

'Augustine Margat' and 'Madame Margat' (pos. synonym. 'Thérèse Margat') are possibly two distinct roses. See early references of 1836-1847.
