Centifolia Alba  The rose figured under this name by Bunyard is the Hybrid Damask Rose 'Mme Hardy'.  It is quite possible that 'Mme Hardy' has Centifolia parentage, but is not fit to be classed as a true Rosa centifolia variety, and is usually found among the Damasks in old French books
