Sad to say, this rose has yet to make a good impression on me. We are having a spell of rainy weather (very welcome and unusual for Tuscany in June!),and Durance is covered in half-opened buds-all of which are balled. Before that, it didn't produce many flowers at all. Does anyone else have experience with this rose? Is it always prone to balling?
