The color is amazing! It starts out reddish with a purple undertone and fades to deep intense pink. The blooms last on the bush for a couple of weeks without looking messy.

This rose was defoliated at all of the local nurseries here in the Portland Metro. Its only early June, the other potted up minis from these big commercial growers look great, but this one definitely has blackspot issues. As it grew, it defoliated. I have not seen that, in terms of commercial-type potted roses at independant nurseries, since Orange Sunblaze, which is a bad sign.
