LADY JOY. This beautiful rose is a cross between the American Beauty and Belle Siebrecht. Its blooming qualities can not be excelled, each and every eye and shoot producing a flower, the size being equal to if not larger than its parent, the American Beauty. The blooms are cup shape, very double and open most beautifully, emitting a most delicious perfume. In color, it is deeper than the American Beauty, a peculiar and new crimson luster, most striking and beautiful, resembling an artificial flower, being a vigorous grower, making a compact plant, with deep green leaves. For a forcing rose it is excellent, find for outdoor culture can not be ex-celled. We can truthfully bespeak for this new rose as being an acquisition, aud should be in every greenhouse and garden. Strong plants, 2½-inch pots. 15 cents each; 3-inch pots, 25 cents; two-year-old plants, 50 cents each.
