Damask Perpetual, Portland.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.  Large, light green, wavy or ruffled foliage.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
