Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 1988).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses in 1987. I was compiling information on the top minis in my Fl. garden, and saw this ? Intro date is wrong ?

Yes. 1988 is the registration date.
