Bred by William J. Radler (United States, 2004).
Introduced in United States by Star Roses & Plants (Pennsylvania) in 2011 as 'Orchid Romance'.
Introduced in France by Meilland Richardier in 2019 as 'Baie des Anges'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Pink, ages to light pink .  Strong, citrus fragrance.  80 to 90 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, upright.  Semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 4½' (135cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.

The new variety of Rosa hybrida Floribunda rose plant of the present invention was created during 2003 at Greenfield, Wis., U.S.A. ...The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the ‘Wekbipuhit’ variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 11,513). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) of the new variety was the ‘Radmis’ variety (non-patented in the United States).
