Mauve or purple blend.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).  Width: 39" (100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Prune dead wood.

Notes:
Yolande d'Aragon was born at Saragossa, Aragon, in 1379. She was the wife of Louis II of Anjou. She was a strong supporter of Jeanne d'Arc. Yolande d'Aragon died on 14 November 1442.
A 2006 genetic study has shown that 'Yolande d'Aragon' is closer to the Gallicas.
Said to be simialr to 'Duchesse de Sutherland'
