'Count Dracula' rose Reviews & Comments

I love that this cultivar is also known as Count Dracula. I'm currently reading Dracula, the magnificent gothic novel authored in 1897 by Bram Stoker, so it would seem that the deep vampire red coloration is totally appropriate. In addition, the original Count Dracula (as opposed to the various Hollywood incarnations of the character) was a very tall, gaunt, angular personage, so the tall slender canes are also a match.

Beautiful leathery leaves, beautiful flowers.
Dispute whether it's a climber or shrub, I think it's more of a small climber. Gives longer canes that when trained bloom really well in its sides

I lead it like a climber on an arch, because its flowers are large and bend its very thin branches.
