Origin:
Bred by Mondial Roses (Belgium, before 1962).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1963 as 'Mélisande'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Two-tone pink.  Strong fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Upright.
