Read November 7th, 1820. Amongst a collection of Double Scotch Roses, which I received some years since, from my late friend, Mr. George Anderson, was The Pale Double Yellow. This agrees exactly with the preceding [Small Double Yellow] in general characters; but its peduncles are hispid, and the flowers are paler, so much so, that they may easily be mistaken for white.
