Could be. The nurseries are spelling it that way. Thanks for searching Michael.

"Botanical/commercial classification: Rosa hybrida/Grandiflora Rose Plant.

Varietal denomination: cv. Meisaliza.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The new variety of Rosa hybrida Grandiflora rose plant was created in France by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was an unnamed and unreleased seedling (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., pollen parent) was the `Meifaissel` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 16,951).

The parentage of the new variety can be summarized as follows: Unnamed Seedling.times.`Meifaissel`. "

some description says new generation of Secret rose. Not true, it is very cupped bloom, disease resistant and good fragrant but I think still cannot beat Secret or Secret's Out

It's a strange rose. It looked nice at the park. The blooms are classic, but odd. The plant is typical, but odd. The foliage is very quilted and the petals look like tissue paper. But it looked like a happy rose.

They spray there, so I'm withholding judgement for its health. I like 'Secret' enough to not need to replace it, however.
