t. 6 fig. 26. Rose: Black Prince.-This is one of the many roses raised by Mr. William Paul, of Waltham Cross, Herts: both foliage and flower are very good. This rose received a first-class certificate at the Royal Horticultural Society, and is a general favourite, as it blooms freely out of doors and also forces well.
