Is this the same as Eden's Apricot Blaise? Same breeder and P393N code.
Differences between colour (near white, apricot, pink), classification (HMF shrub; climber Aust & NZ Trials).

Possibly. It was Matthews Nursery who entered the rose for trial. I cannot see anything in their website, so will email them.

I have merged Har P393N with ‘Eden’s Apricot Blaise’. You have said in a photo comment:
“Have strong difficulties accepting that this is the same rose as the English shrub rose (4 X 3 feet). Bloom colour is similar as web picture at rosesuk.com/roses/edens-apricot-blaise Are we looking at a sport or reuse of an existing name?”
No reply from my email to Matthews Nursery.
I note that Knight’s Roses in Australia and both The Cornish Rose Co., and Harkness in the U.K. all carry ‘Penny Lane Climbing’. These nurseries were all mentioned in the references for ‘Eden’s Apricot Blaise’, but none are now carrying EAB.
How does the rose you have photographed as EAB compare with ‘Penny Lane Climbing’?

Great detective work Patricia! The blooms do look similar.
The main issue of concern is the plant.
Thomas’ description “Penny Lane – honey champagne Pillar Rose” along with Tralee Rose Garden photo and member Giessen (2plants) and member Marcir photos all indicate a small climber
Versus
Harkness’s description of 3m X 1.8m and HMF max 4.55m X 2.45m would make it indeed a very versatile climber.
What is the reference for HMF max?
Hopefully Bob Matthews is willing to shine more light on the situation.
