John West. A Day in Cotswold Rose Gardens.
The day began with a tour of the gardens at Rodmarton Manor where the group gathered and was guided around by Mr. Simon Biddulph.....the climbers and ramblers still had plenty of blooms on show. ....and an unknown white rambler in particular gave spectacular covering to their host trees.

It was finalised in 1929..... A high scented Rosa gentiliana (thought nowadays to be a wild form of R. multiflora - Ed) covered another wall....
