Per site Everyrose.com, there is a ‘Bordure Rose No2’, syn ‘Bordure Rose’, DELcoussi, introduced by Delbard in 1993; award = Gold Medals. It is a medium pink Floribunda, flowers are double, in small clusters, repeating. Note that you have DELcoussi linked to ‘Bordure Rose®’, the Floribunda bred by Delbard in 1973. I am not sure that DELcoussi and DELbara are the same roses.

They're definitely 2 different roses. The original is more interesting, in my opinion.

We have grown Strawberry Ice as an own-root rose for many years.
It is a sturdy workhorse of a plant that pumps out loads of creamy white flowers with their signature deep pink rims.

It is not self-cleaning so has to be regularly deadheaded to promote its best re-blooming.

A great garden rose.
