Class:
Found Rose, Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Average diameter 4.75".  Full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Light green foliage.  

Height: up to 47" (up to 120cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Found in South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia by John Nieuwesteeg and named for the family who grew it.
Not ‘Captain Christy’. refer comments
‘Georg Arends’ has been suggested, but that had a strong perfume.

Sepals: long, leafy
Pedicel: glandular
Foliage: light green. Smooth, thin and papery. Serrated leaf edge. The new foliage in the spring has a strong, silvery, metallic sheen that is not as evident later in the year.
Prickles: a few prickles, with smooth wood in between.
Fragrance: tea (in mid summer)
