Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2016 as 'Julie Andrieu'.
Introduced in Japan by Delbard (Japan) in 2016 as 'Édouard Manet'.
Class:
Climber, Floribunda, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow, pink stripes, lighter outer petals..  Strong, damask, fruity, sweet fragrance.  up to 80 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be trained as a climber.
