Website/Catalog (21 Aug 2018) Page(s) 5. Includes photo(s). Mushe Kirsh HORwassup(P) Named in celebration of the 80th birthday of Mushe Kirsh, an elegant, vibrant, and timeless lady who has touched the lives of many with her generosity and kindness. The blooms of ‘Mushe Kirsh’ have many “faces”. Starting with an urn shaped tight bud, displaying a deep apricot colour that is soon enhanced by sunshine with a sheen of pink that will blend and mingle as the full petalled blooms open and expand into big blooms of a deep cup shape, ending as perfectly pompon like, quartered blooms famous of yesteryear’s roses. These charming and sweetly scented blooms are produced in an astoundingly continuous and floriferous fashion all over the bush from a young bush to a stately, neat shrub-like rose of 2m height. With leaves seemingly impervious to fungus diseases, this rose has an astounding vigour and longevity. Planted in groups, amongst other tall growing varieties, as background, screen or in large pots – it will never disappoint.
