Frilly Cuff was named for television presenter and celebrity designer, Laurence Llewelyn - Bowen. The rose was launched at the Chelsea Show 2014.

I'm very impressed with this rose after just 1 season. Constantly in flower, the blooms last a long time on the bush, they have a light scent, enough to be interesting without setting one alight.. the foliage is exemplary. A long bloom season until late autumn, providing a rich stand-out colour with a graceful habit. Suitable for pots.
