Translation:
'Örträsk' ...The variety has been known since the 1940s when it was grown in the village of Örträsk, Lycksele municipality. It may well be a spontaneous hybrid which happened in Örträsk. One parent is probably Rosa majalis, the cinnamon rose, the other Rosa rugosa, the hedgehog rose, or, more likely, a variety in the Rugosa group, possibly 'Hansa'.
