Medium red Shrub.

Bred by G. Delbard (France, before 2004).
Introduced in South Africa by Ludwig's Roses in 2004 as 'Carmine Panarosa'.

Shrub.  

Crimson, light purple shading.  Crimson red, overlaid with purple pink.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Tall, arching.  

Height: up to 3" (up to 8cm).
