This rose looks very similar to a variety I own: DELstrilum (Queen of the Night). Is it the same variety?

A sport, perhaps? PSILY shows no white striping, and do we know what is the growth habit? 'Queen of the Night' is said to be a shrub and pictures show a bit of a climbing habit.

Is ‘P.S. I Love You’ (unknown, Delbard before 2019) an Australian renaming of Delbard’s 1993 ‘Henri Matisse’?
