South Ural Research Institute of Horticulture and Potato Growing (Vitamin x Vorontsovsky 1). The bush is medium-sized, medium-spreading. Shoots are medium, slightly curved, light green, not pubescent, matte. Prickles are absent in the upper part of the shoots, short, weak, perpendicular to the shoot. The leaves are large, green. The foliage is glabrous, smooth, concave. The denticles are sharp, short, not bent. The inflorescence is two-flowered. The hips are large, with an average weight of 3.2 g, pear-shaped, red. Average yield for 1992-1993 was 6300 kg/ha. The crop is easily harvested by the MPYa-1A combine. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, has increased resistance to powdery mildew, and is moderately affected by black spot.

Rosehip 'Bagryaniyy' is the result of crossing the varieties 'Vitaminny VNIVI' and 'Vorontsovskiy 1'. Received at the South Ural Research Institute of Fruit and Potato Growing. It was accepted for state testing in 1988. The variety was included in the state register in 1995 for the West Siberian region (Novosibirsk region).
